Stationary bike : 15 minutes ; from L3-L9 with 2 30 second hits and a 30 second rest in between and back down ; averaged 18.0 pace
Ball squats : 12 reps / 2 sets
Biceps curl with dumbbells (8 lbs.) ; 15 reps / 2 sets
Ab crunches ; 40
In and outs ; 10 reps /2 sets
