Treadmill - 25 minutes ; working at 3.5-3.9 and back down again. Incline was at .5-1.0%
Chest press : 85lbs @ 12 reps/2 sets
Seated row : 80lbs @ 12 reps /2 sets
Shoulder press : 85 lbs @ 12 reps /2 sets
Lat pulldown : 90 lbs @ 12 reps /2 sets
Ball squats with dumbbells : 12 reps
